YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Vice President of Operations, you oversee our business operations throughout North America. You're a capable leader who manages our day-to-day, ensures customer satisfaction, and motivates team members to meet goals and maximize profits. Managing operations on a regional and country level, you make sure we're meeting the manufacturing and operational needs of customers across various industries.

You manage regional resource allocation and capacities, ensuring all business areas are fully covered while looking for ways to improve efficiency and profitability. With a growth-oriented mindset, you develop and implement strategies for meeting targets, evaluating market opportunities, and rolling out new solutions. By leading teams, delivering results, and creating growth plans, you directly impact our short- and long-term success!

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • 8 years of experience in a supervisory function in the industrial or equipment sector
  • Experience with optimizing life cycle costs of products
  • Proven leadership skills, including experience in organization development, decision-making skills, and management abilities
  • Knowledge about managing projects, operations, service contracts, and supply chains
  • Willingness to travel 30%
  • Collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
